| Bio: | Honour Psychology is the private practice of Anouk Kelling. I have been practicing as a Clinical Psychologist since 2005. During my career I have worked with people across the lifespan in both the public and private sector. This work has included assessing and treating people experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, eating difficulties, relationship problems, self-harm, suicidality, behaviour problems, ADHD, learning difficulties and more. I am trained in a range of therapies. My primary therapeutic models are CBT & DBT. I am also trained in ACT, Compassion Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing. |
