The 8 weeks Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course created by Jon Kabat-Zinn will start in Wellington on the 4th of October.
We welcome anyone who would like to learn mindfulness meditation through this internationally recognised course, as a way to increase their meditation skills or to potentially implement mindfulness meditation into their current or future practice.
