Bio: I am a UK trained clinical psychologist with a detailed neuropsychology background and over 10 years experience in the NHS. I have a passion for a strengths based approach to putting people & families at the heart of their own care. I have been in NZ now for over 5 years working in the DHBs and feel humbled to work and live here. I have worked across both child and family and adult services and have specialist skills in training & teaching, supervision, wellness in the workplace, whole family working, Autism, trauma & complex PTSD, brain injury and learning difficulties.

I have skills in multiple different approaches and therapies and like to take a systemic and person centered approach to supporting people to find their own balance and wellness.
