|Bio:||I provide psychological therapy for individuals and couples using cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and mindfulness based approaches. My private practice provides therapy online by Skype or FaceTime.
I completed my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at University College London in 2003. Prior to training as a clinical psychologist, I worked in sexual health in London as a social worker, health adviser and counsellor. I have worked as a clinical psychologist in community mental health in Auckland and as a forensic psychologist in Sydney. Currently I work in private practice online via Skype and FaceTime.
