| Bio: | Born and raised in Christchurch, New Zealand, I moved to Wellington to pursue my studies in Clinical Psychology, where I attended Victoria University of Wellington. I moved back to Christchurch in 2018 following a number of years working in child and adolescent mental health services and the private sector. I enjoy working with children, adolescents and adults, and strive to achieve optimal outcomes by using an open, honest and client-centered approach to therapy. My approach is grounded in evidence-based interventions, and includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye-Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). I have experience and a strong interest in working with people who have been exposed to trauma. |
