| Bio: | I have more than 15 years experience as a clinical psychologist, in providing assessment, treatment, supervision and training. I primarily use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and am trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). I have an interest in self compassion approaches.
