| Bio: | Please note I am not taking new clients at this time. Hi, I’m a trained clinical psychologist with experience in working with adolescents and adults with a range of challenges. I am experienced in mental illness, wellbeing and also provide professional supervision. As well as working with depression, anxiety, managing emotions etc. I also have experience working with police and defence personnel as well as others with trauma. I am trained in both cognitive and mindfulness- based therapies.
