Bio: | Dr. Jessica Morten has a PhD and Post-graduate diploma in Clinical Psychology from the University of Otago. Jessica’s clinical work has spanned both the hospital and community public sectors. She has worked for youth and adult mental health teams, in forensic settings, and in private practice. She is skilled in providing assessment and interventions for a range of mental health problems using evidence-based therapies. Jessica tailors her interventions to suit the individual and their presenting problems by drawing from a range of cognitive behavioural therapies, including acceptance commitment therapy (ACT) and dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT). Jessica also offers professional supervision. |
