|Bio:|| I am available to help children, young people, and adults who are suffering from such things as worries, stress, perfectionism, low mood, and self-harm. This is primarily achieved through a therapy called Acceptance and Commitment Therapy or ACT, which is based on the idea that we ALL have some negative thoughts and feelings but sometimes they can get in the way of what we want to be doing. Through ACT, I will teach you how to put these unhelpful thoughts and feelings aside so that you can clearly see where you want to go!
I am also an accredited Dialectical Behavioural therapist (DBT), a therapy which has proven very effective for self-harming and managing emotions that go up and down.
