| Bio: | I am currently working in a private capacity. Until August 2019, I had also been employed by the Canterbury District Health Board under the Youth Forensic Team (YFT). Prior to this i worked for the Intellectual Disabilities team (SMHS) and Department of Corrections. I first registered in 2010, graduated in 2011 and have been practicing clinical psychology since. I have been a member of the New Zealand College of Clinical Psychologists (NZCCP) since 2013. Whilst I have a specific interest in working with youth, I have also worked with persons of all ages, including adults and children. I have worked with individuals, couples and families. Whilst I am primarily trained under a cognitive behavioural framework, i have also trained in mindfulness. In addition i have an interest in many other treatment modalities and like to incorporate these into my practice when appropriate. |
