About the role
Are you a dynamic, enthusiastic, innovative clinician looking for a clinical leadership role?
ProCare Fresh Minds is looking for a clinician who is able to provide clinical leadership for a team of
therapists within the service. The role includes providing support with complex case management and risk
management (clinicians and admin staff), providing clinical direction, liaison and collaboration with external
providers such as GPs, DHBs and NGOs, and development of clinical pathways within the service.
Fresh Minds provides psychological and wellbeing services across the wider Auckland region. Over the past
12-24 months, presentations to the service have increased in acuity and complexity, increasing the need for a high level of clinical leadership across the service.
The successful applicant will have 3-5 years clinical experience working in a mental health setting (primary
and/or secondary) providing evidence-based psychological interventions, have experience in supervision and mentoring, and have previous experience in clinical leadership. Included in your demonstrable attributes will be superior clinical skills, an ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team, strong organisational skills, and excellent time management skills.
This Clinical Leadership role is split between 0.5 FTE Clinical Lead (Ellerslie, Rosedale and satellite locations) and 0.5 FTE client caseload (Ellerslie).
