Fresh Minds leads some of the most innovative interventions to support people to improve their mental wellbeing and resolve problems.  Our service sees a wide range of individuals and whanau of all ages and backgrounds, providing incredibly diverse and rewarding caseloads to our large team of practitioners.

We offer brief interventions to clients referred from our GP Network (including private pay), intensive therapy, tele-therapy, online programmes, parenting skills, Mindfulness groups, and ACC (ISSC, psychological services, pain management).  Fresh Minds is also leading other exciting ventures such as a Stepped Model of Care (Te Tumu Waiora) utilising therapists as part of general practice teams, and the school-based health service which places psychologists in low decile schools across the ADHB region.

An exciting opportunity has been created for an experienced therapist - Psychologist, Nurse or other discipline with CBT training - who is passionate about delivering brief interventions within the primary care domain.

The successful applicant will join our dynamic team based in Ellerslie.

As a registered health professional with a current practicing certificate, you will also have comprehensive clinical experience working in a mental health setting (primary or secondary) undertaking assessments and providing talking therapies.  You will be flexible, a self-starter and able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
