| Bio: | I am a Clinical Psychologist with over 25 years experience working in mental health. My foundation training is in CBT but in more recent times I have enjoyed utilising ACT and other mindfulness approaches in my work. I have recently trained in EMDR and am finding this unique approach useful. I enjoy working with individuals to help them understand the obstacles that are getting in the way of them living the life they desire and supporting people in developing the skills and strategies they need for overcoming these obstacles. |
