| Bio: | I studied clinical psychology at the University of Canterbury and graduated in 2018. Since that time I have worked for the Canterbury District Health Board and have supported a range of people struggling with varied mental health difficulties. I am now working full-time in private practice and have a particular interest in helping adults who struggle with anxiety, low mood, and difficulties associated with trauma and grief. I take a client centred approach to therapy with an emphasis on creating a safe and compassionate therapeutic space for clients to express themselves, learn new skills, and overcome their difficulties.
