Bio: Tēnā koe, I’m Zoe (pronouns: she/her). I grew up in Papakura, have a degree in Theatre Studies (as well as one in psychology), and travelled and adventured widely before my current incarnation as a psychologist. I’ve always been drawn to people and spaces that are outside of the mainstream, I value being truely seen and accepted by others, and authenticity is important to me.

I primarily work with clients 18+ across a range of areas, and my main experience is working with depression, anxiety, identity, chronic pain, LGBTQI+ issues, gender-affirming therapy, and eating disorders. I've been working as a psychologist since 2018, and this includes experience in private practice, child and adolescent mental health, working with ACC clients adjusting to injury and chronic pain, and at Central Regional Eating Disorder Service. I also offer professional supervision.
Availability: I am available for individual therapy clients, professional supervision, and for affirmative gender-informed assessments.
