| Bio: | Kia ora, I have been a registered clinical psychologist since 1998, and I have been in private practice full time since 2015. My main area of work is with adults and young people experiencing difficulties with mood, anxiety, adjustment, and post-traumatic stress disorder. My approach is broadly Cognitive Behavioural Therapy with strengths in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy skills.
