| Bio: | I'm a Senior Clinical Psychologist who has worked with adults in community mental health since 2015. I primarily offer therapy and focus on providing a client-centred and compassionate space to support people to address difficulties and improve their everyday life and relationships. I integrate mindfulness and compassion-based approaches, primarily utilising Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Schema Therapy and have an interest in a range of difficulties, including depression, anxiety, stress, trauma and women's health across the lifespan.
