Bio:	I am an experienced Clinical Psychologist who is passionate about helping people grow and get more out of life. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults, in diverse settings including specialised services for youth, mental health rehabilitation, adult community mental health, inpatient mental health units, and in private practices across New Zealand and Australia. My main roles over the past several years have been dividing my time between my Sydney-based private practice and work at St Vincent’s Mental Health Service, Sydney, providing psychological assessment and treatment to those experiencing major mental illnesses, along with running therapy groups for those in inpatient care. I work with people to pinpoint areas for change, identifying the roots of unhelpful patterns and what drives these, utilizing a person’s unique strengths and abilities, and teaching practical strategies to overcome difficulties and emotional pain. I use a combination of evidence-based therapies, aimed at reducing distress and improving quality of life.
