|Bio:||As a Senior Clinical Psychologist, I primarily use ACT, CBT, and EMDR. Rather than focusing on a diagnosis, I work with individuals to help them figure out where they feel stuck, where they want to go, and how they can get there.
Over the past 12 years I’ve worked with clients through Community Mental Health (Hutt Valley DHB), ABI Rehabilitation (Acquired Brain Injury), the NZDF, and WellStop. In recent years I have been primarily working with adults and I am also an approved provider for ACC under the sensitive claims contract.
I offer private sessions at Winslow House in Lower Hutt on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. If you would like to check availability, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
