Bio: Nicola has been practising as a clinical psychologist since 1997 and has worked in a range of fields over that time, including Otago University's Student Counselling, Otago Fertility Service/Fertility Associates and private practice. She works with people aged 18 and over. Her areas of specialty are women's health issues, professional supervision, and working with the LGBTQI+ community.

She has also trained in executive coaching and has a particular interest in helping individuals and organisations respond to work pressures. She has developed a workshop on how to stop wasting your own time, as well as that of your colleagues. She also delivers keynote speeches on topics such as the top takeaways she can share from 26 years of clinical practice.

Nicola is also a stand-up comedian, writer and sought-after public speaker. She is also an occasional justice warrior for women's health issues.

Nicola lives with her wife and son in Ōtepoti Dunedin and objectively she has far, far too many plants.
