I am a warm and empathetic psychologist who works with a range of presenting difficulties. My aim is to provide a service tailored to each individual and their goals. I have a special interest in eating disorders and gender readiness assessments and transition support. I use a range of therapeutic techniques from branches of cognitive behavioural therapy acceptance and commitment therapy and dialectical behaviour therapy. I am also available for clinical supervision.
