Anna is a Senior Clinical Psychologist who worked in Child and Family CDHB outpatient mental health services for 10 years. Anna is competent treating children adolescents and young adults with particular interest in treating depression anxiety trauma eating disorders and mood dysregulation. Anna has skills in assisting families regarding difficult child behaviour and in helping families to address mental health concerns of young children. Anna utilises the frameworks of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Mentalisation and Metacognitive therapies.
