I work part-time in New Plymouth and Stratford, Taranaki. I see people who are experiencing a wide range of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress and burnout. I also enjoy providing professional supervision.
My approach to therapy is client-centered. I draw on various evidence-based interventions to best suit client needs. Interventions include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Practice, Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
