I work in a warm, nonjudgemental, and genuine manner, striving to create a space where you will feel safe to share your experiences, thoughts and feelings. I am passionate about helping people learn about themselves, overcome feeling stuck and develop skills and strategies, so that they can ride the waves of life with presence, resilience and purpose.
I use evidence-based treatment approaches such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR) to help people create meaningful change. I thoroughly enjoy learning, continuing my education, and keeping up to date with the psychological literature.
