Dr Hana Retallick-Brown is a Clinical Psychologist with a background in assessing for ADHD and treating adults with persistent pain, trauma, anxiety disorders and obsessive compulsive disorders. She enjoys treating clients with all types of difficulties and backgrounds.
Hana is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. She has a holistic treatment approach, with a PhD in mental health and nutrition through Julia Rucklidge’s research group at the University of Canterbury. She has worked in both private ACC and public mental health settings. As part of research assistant work through Dr Rucklidge’s lab, she has also been involved in the assessment and follow-up of children with ADHD. She is interested in assessing ADHD in the adult population.
Hana sees clients on Thursdays and, if needed, has some capacity for assessments outside of this.
